The Beaches
The Beaches brought their No Hard Feelings tour to San Francisco’s Warfield on Sunday night, filling the historic venue for a high-energy, packed show. The Toronto four-piece — Jordan Miller, Kylie Miller, Leandra Earl, and Eliza Enman-McDaniel — powered through a set that blended tracks from their new album with fan favorites spanning their catalog, mixing sharp pop-rock hooks with the kind of loose, funny stage chemistry that’s made them one of Canada’s most reliably entertaining live acts.
Frontwoman Jordan Miller commanded the crowd with effortless charisma, shifting seamlessly between cheeky banter and heartfelt confession. Midway through the set, she invited a fan onstage to share their own story of “oversharing,” a perfect prelude to “Did I Say Too Much” that kept the night’s playful, human thread alive. Later, when Miller hoisted a “Lesbian of the Year” flag from the front row and draped it proudly across the stage, it crystallized what makes this band so beloved - joyous, self-aware, and defiantly inclusive.
Musically, The Beaches were on fire. “Blame Brett” sent the crowd into a frenzy, its cathartic chorus echoing through the Warfield like a rallying cry. The band’s chemistry was undeniable — tight, energetic, and joyfully chaotic in all the right ways. Between shredding guitars, thunderous drums, and magnetic stage presence, they balanced rock-star confidence with disarming authenticity.
By the encore, fans were screaming every lyric, arms outstretched, voices hoarse but beaming. It wasn’t just another stop on the tour, it felt like a communal celebration, the kind of night that reminds you why live music matters. The Beaches didn’t just play The Warfield — they owned it.
